Description: Mission4Water is a small-scale Christian non- governmental organization committed to providing communities and institutions such as primary schools throughout Uganda with wells for clean drinking water to help alleviate the labor intensive task of traveling long distances to fetch water and stop the spread of illnesses caused by unsafe water such as waterborne diseases like cholera, dysentery, and typhoid. This organization, operating from Rukungiri in Southwest Uganda, was formed by Mr. Sunday Geoffrey Augustus, a native Ugandan inspired by the U.S.A based Water4 Foundation’s inexpensive and sustainable well drilling programs.
