Description: Situating Science was a collaborative research project intended to promote communication and cooperation among humanists and social scientists that are engaged in the study of science and technology. The project was created in 2007 with researchers from the University of British Columbia, University of Alberta, York University, University of Toronto, University of Saskatchewan, McGill University, Université du Québec à Montréal, University of King’s College and Dalhousie University. The Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada Strategic Knowledge Cluster grant funded the initiative.
