Description: Bard on the Beach (info@bardonthebeach.net) grew out of Shakespeare by the Sea which ran from 1987-2011. Bard On The Beach aims to bring Shakespeare to life in its purest form – outside, unaccompanied and raw. They aim to bring the text to life and to entertain, bringing some of Sydney's newest and brightest alongside some of their more experienced performers to bring the Bard to the Beach. Although donations are encouraged, there is no admission price for the performances.
