The Foster Care Review Board was administered by the Office of the Governor. The division was transferred to the Dept. of Administration by the South Carolina Restructuring Act of 2014 (Act 121). The division was then transferred to the Dept. of Children’s Advocacy in 2018 (Act 160). These records may contain minutes, photographs and video of significant events, statistics, agency policies, and other significant and related records.
