Description: From the SPCO website: "The goal of the Social Planning Council Oxford is to bring people together to actively participate in social development to improve the quality of life of Oxford County residents." The SPCO works to identify social issues impacting Oxford County including but not limited to: poverty, affordable transportation, and adequate housing. The SPCO communicated the impacts of and data related to these issues with local leaders, and takes coordinated action to improve community wellbeing.
