The Center for Research Libraries (CRL) is an international consortium of university, college, and independent research libraries. Founded in 1949, CRL supports original research and inspired teaching in the humanities, sciences, and social sciences by preserving and making available to scholars a wealth of rare and uncommon primary source materials from all world regions.

Description: "Website of the Pen Center of Uyghur-language authors in exile and in Central Asian countries. The Uyghur Pen Center is considered to be a part of the international Pen Center, was founded in 2006 and is currently based in London. According to the self-description of this writers' association, this center aims to promote writing in the Uyghur language, facilitate exchanges between writers, and raise international awareness about the fates of Uyghur writers arrested in China. This website also has English and Chinese versions. This website publishes news in the field of (Uyghur) literature, literary, literary-critical and literary-scientific texts of the Uyghur writers and other contributions to the Uyghur culture. In addition, the Uyghur authors, their works and literary events of the Uyghurs are presented. Besides, some books in PDF format and some PDF editions of the online journal of this writers' association in Uyghur Cyrillic script are available for free."
