Description: Webpage for the videos of the “Conversations with Scientists." Description from the site "in 2007 the Department of Biology started a seminar series titled “Conversations with Scientists" which features prominent and long-time members of the biology faculty and other scientists with connections to the Department. These informal talks are videotaped in front of a live audience of students, postdocs and faculty and posted on Youtube. These conversations focus on the early years of the scientist lives and how their personal background, family, education, and mentors have influenced their lives and career choices. These conversations also provide a historical account of the evolution of molecular biology, as well as an insight into the history of MIT's biology department."
