Description: The Tobacco Use Prevention Education program (TUPE) is based in Humboldt County, California. Its mission is to educate youth about the dangers of commercial tobacco use and secondhand smoke, the historical and traditional uses of native tobaccos, and to disseminate resource materials on cessation and prevention to local schools and education centers.
