Description: Organization founded in 1998 The Group for Technical Assistance (GTA) is a non-government, non-profit and non-political national organization based in Nepal. GTA was registered under the District Administration Office of Kathmandu in 1998 and has maintained its affiliation with the Social Welfare Council since then. Our core projects include education, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), gender advocacy and research, mainly surrounding public health. We adhere to community-based, bottom-up approach with a greater emphasis on uplifting the poor and marginalized groups in the country. - From the website 2021.06.01
