URL: http://eaglecaching.wix.com/aueaglecaching/

Collection: American University

Description: Eaglecaching is a project developed by students enrolled in the AU Scholars program at American University in Washington D.C. Based on the "Geocaching" trend, Eaglecaching works to connect individuals with the school in ways not commonly seen. Through the placement of hidden "caches", one can learn about the unique history of American University, and what distinguishes it from its contemporaries. In doing so, seekers are able to see American in ways previously unseen while also honing their critical thinking abilities. As the movement grows, more caches can be added around campus, further developing the motley collection of already existing caches located across the university.
