Description: Cereals & Grains Association was founded in 1915 in St. Paul, Minnesota, as the American Association of Cereal Chemists. The membership elected to change the name of the organization in 2005 to AACC International to better reflect the global nature of their membership and industry. The organization changed its name again in 2019 to Cereals & Grains Association to better reflect the more interdisciplinary nature of the organization and field it represents. The organization is dedicated to the advancement and support of scientific and technical research in cereal grains and related products. AACC International identifies, gathers, and disseminates information and knowledge on cereal grains and their products to its worldwide member base. The organization shares its gathered knowledge through annual meetings, short courses, books, and journals such as Cereal Chemistry and Cereal Foods World. This is archived web content.
