State authorities, such as the Ministry of Environment and Waters and the Forestry Agency have partnered with BlueLink in securing CSO participation and disseminating information to civil society. BlueLink.net operates in Bulgaria, but supports like-minded activities and networks in the EU, the Balkans and the former USSR, and globally as part of the Association for Progressive Communications, the Climate News Network, UK, and the Earth Journalism Network project of Internews.
