Description: "U-M participates in the Open Pathway process, which takes place in ten-year cycles and includes a mid-cycle assurance review, a late-cycle quality initiative, and a culminating comprehensive evaluation. At the end of each ten-year cycle, a visiting team of peer reviewers appointed by the HLC visits campus." This site presents information related to the 2020 accreditation of the Ann Arbor campus by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). It contains information about the external organizations involved in accreditation review for the schools/college, departments, and programs at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor campus. Also there is information about the current review process, how to become a Higher Learning Commission peer reviewer and accreditation reports for the Ann Arbor campus from 1990, 2000, and 2010.
