Description: Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association (CASAA) blog post - A Call to Action regarding AB 1500 and SB 648. If enacted, AB 1500 would ban companies from shipping any tobacco or electronic cigarette products to California citizens (unless they acquire a tobacco retail license). Require businesses selling e-cigarettes to acquire a tobacco license if they want to import products from out-of-state. If enacted, SB 648 would ban the use of vapor products wherever smoking is banned.
