URL: https://felskids.org/

Description: Federation Early Learning Services (FELS), originally known as Federation Day Services, was established in 1973 from the merger of Downtown Children’s Center and Samuel Paley Day Care Center. FELS provides early childhood education programming for children ranging in age from infant to school age in centers located in Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. Website content changes over time, but Federation Early Learning Services' website has included a history of the organization, directory information for all FELS’ centers, curriculum information, a monthly events calendar, employment listings, and links to external resources on parenting, childhood development, and early childhood education awareness and advocacy. Access to portions of the website is restricted to staff members with log in credentials.
