Description: Melbourne University Buddhist Studies Society (MUBSS) is a non-sectarian club, which does not align with any specific flavour of Buddhism. We have speakers from all denominations of Buddhism, giving valuable insights and teachings to help you cope with modern day living and develop your spirituality. One of our highlights for 2012 include the renowned Ajahn Brahm who addressed his talk to the younger end of the spectrum, providing practical insights into the trials and tribulations associated with living in this day and age and how one can be a Buddhist in the 21st Century.

Description: The Student Advice Program was established in 2007 to provide training to all staff who work with students, from those who handle common enquiries to those who provide critical individual advice. Our principal aim is to encourage the adoption of a 'whole-of-university approach' to the provision of advice among student-facing staff at the University of Melbourne. With one of the largest networks of student support services and development opportunities of any University in Australia, our Student Advisers are being trained to 'hook' students in to the resources available.

Description: UniMelbourne 23+ is a club for mature-age students at the University of Melbourne. We are an affiliated club with the Uni of Melbourne Student Union (UMSU). 23+ is a student initiative that began late Semester 2, 2010. The idea developed out of discussions by a group of mature age students who wanted more out of their university experience than just an education and were concerned at the lack of services exclusively focused on mature age students.
