Title: Amazon Multimodal Axis of the IIRSA:The Pasto-Macoa Highway

Description: This report examines the Pasto-Macoa Highway Project, an infrastructure project of the Initiative for the Integration of the Regional Infrastructure of South America (IIRSA).
