Description: The Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet (JPSC) is the state entity responsible for criminal justice services. It oversees five departments, including Kentucky State Police, the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Criminal Justice Training and the Department of Public Advocacy. The Office of the State Medical Examiner and the Office of Drug Control Policy are also administered under the cabinet.
