Description: In an effort to affirmatively further fair housing, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission (“ICRC”) organized and commissioned the implementation of the nation’s first statewide fair housing testing program to measure the incidence and forms of discrimination experienced by home seekers across the state of Indiana. The ICRC partnered with Engaging Solutions, LLC to design and implement the statewide testing program.

Description: The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Indiana Holiday Commission was created by Indiana Code 4-23-24.1 to commemorate the birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and promote activities, dates and projects throughout the state. The 13 member Commission also organizes the annual Holocaust Observance, held during the National Holocaust Week of Remembrance.
