Description: César Andreu Iglesias Community Garden located at 427 Arlington Street, Kensington, was founded in 2012 by the Philly Socialists who expropriated parcels of vacant, tax-delinquent land and converted it into a community garden and people's park. Community gardens have been deemed essential by the City and the Community Garden is open with COVID-19 restrictions
