Description: It is an understatement to say that 2020 has been a challenging year for The Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa in Courtenay, British Columbia. Not only did the resort temporarily close the property mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic – shutting down their entire revenue stream – but the resort also suffered a fire in their spa to start the year.
