Locally, in Tompkins County and Ithaca, New York, the operations of the educational institutions, area business and daily activities of the community changed. This archive documents the developing responses to the virus in County, Town, and City governments and the administration of Cornell University and Ithaca College. The archive also captures the effect on the public, including student life, and their reaction.
