Description: "Barnstormer Winery was established in 2013 on 16 acres of property, housed in a 170-year-old renovated barn. We are LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWESTERN SHORES OF SENECA LAKE and we provide a personalized, informative WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE with a quality over quantity mentality. We produce around 3,500 cases of wine annually using 100% Finger Lakes AVA fruit from SEVEN DIFFERENT GROWERS across the region. With a heavy focus on dry red wines and Riesling, we honor site and growing locations through a series of single vineyard bottlings across each vintage. Regular tasting flights are $12 for 5 wines with a newly added “Staff Picks.”

Description: "In 1951, the Stamp family moved to Lakewood Farm, a run-down peach and apple orchard on the west side of Seneca Lake. The next spring, they started planting grapes. The original grapes were those favored by the large wineries and grape juice companies. In the mid-80’s the family diversified to add some new varieties, with the hope of someday using them to make their own wines."
