Description: Archived webpage of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Canada, as part of the Canadian Labour Unions collection. In 1899 the Canadian branch of the National Brotherhood of Electrical Workers was founded and that same year the name changed to become International. This organization has the goal to organize electrical industry workers across Canada into local unions, and to advocate for employee rights and working conditions. The organization has grown to include construction, government, manufacturing, railroad, telecom, and utilities workers. Archived content is from 2015-present and contains the organizations information and history, news, and resources.
